A scalable, cost-efficient sanitaryware production concept based on modern high pressure casting (HPC) and a structured two-phase implementation enabling a fast market entry with long-term competitiveness. Executed to German project management standards, with 40+ years of experience across body preparation, casting, drying, glazing and plant integration.
Why this concept
…
HPC enables short cycle times and high output per machine the basis for industrial-scale production.
Optimized process flow, reduced drying time and efficient resource use lower the cost per unit.
The two-phase approach allows a controlled initial investment with full upgrade flexibility.
Stable, controlled process parameters give reproducible quality across all stages.
Capacity can be expanded in line with demand without structural plant changes.
Automation-ready design minimizes manual intervention.

| Moulds per machine | 12 |
| Cycles per shift | 12 · 3 shifts/day |
| Number of machines | 3 HPC machines |
| Gross production | 1,296 pcs/day · 388,800 pcs/year |

Example high-volume configuration; final values are project-dependent.
Compact HPC plant
Linear process flow with clear separation of areas and minimized transport. HPC needs up to ~6× less space than conventional plaster casting. Total footprint: approx. 5,000 m² covered + 3,000 m² open.
