Two-Phase Implementation

A structured two-phase strategy enables a fast, investment-optimized market entry while keeping full flexibility for future automation and capacity expansion without interrupting ongoing production.

Phase 1

HPC-based production

Fully based on high pressure casting for a fast production start, high efficiency and competitive unit costs with reduced operational complexity.

Phase 2

Hybrid setup

Approx. 80% HPC and 20% plaster casting — adding flexibility for complex or lower-volume products, plus glazing automation and capacity expansion.

Footprint vs. plaster casting

High pressure casting needs up to ~6× less production space than conventional plaster casting. Porous resin moulds typically achieve 70,000 to 100,000+ casting cycles with optimized mould design and proper operating conditions.

Core casting unit

System Configuration - Battery HPC

A battery-type HPC system with centralized slip supply forms the core; drying, glazing and logistics are dimensioned to the casting output.
