Casting systems for the full forming spectrum — from traditional low-pressure casting to High Pressure Casting (HPC). The ANKA series covers vertical, battery and multi-station machine concepts for washbasins, cisterns, pedestals, wall-hung WCs and one-piece WC production, up to fully robotic turnkey systems.
Complete mould development from technical drawing to production-ready mould: design, CNC-milled plaster models, Araldite/epoxy case moulds and porous resin production moulds with more than 30 years of experience. Suitable for Castimo machines and all common HPC machines on the market. Development targets moulds for both traditional casting and High Pressure Casting.
Four- and five-component porous resin systems in MICRO and PRO versions the material basis for in-house mould production. Defined pore structure, high pressure and abrasion resistance, mould lifetimes of 60,000+ casting cycles. On request, we plan and equip a complete professional mould making department at your site, with training and ongoing raw material supply.
