Our CNC milling service is aimed at companies in the ceramics industry as well as customers from other industrial sectors who need precise models, moulds, prototypes or large-format components.
Large dimensions can also be realised flexibly. By segmenting larger models, components can be produced in almost any required size. The individual segments are precisely milled and then assembled into a complete model or mould with an exact fit. In this way even large-format models can be manufactured economically and optimally prepared for mould making, casting, prototyping or further industrial processing.
After CNC milling we also take care of the finishing and sanding of the polystyrene and foam models on request, to achieve a clean surface and the desired final quality.
