Chamber dryer for freshly cast green ware and for plaster working moulds. Controlled drying from room temperature up to 90 °C brings the pieces to the residual moisture required for glazing and firing, and returns moulds to the casting line faster — gentle on the ware: lower thermal stress means less crack risk and lower energy demand.
Heat and moisture are controlled automatically. A humidity and drying curve tuned to the product (rapid drying technology) shortens the drying time. Chambers from 30 to 100 m³ with 2.5 m clear height; kiln waste heat can be integrated — see Waste-Heat Recovery.
