The Glazing System is designed to deliver consistent and high-quality surface finishing for sanitary ware products. A controlled glaze-spraying environment for uniform coating thickness, minimal material waste and repeatable surface quality.
The carousel glazing line are possible to get in two design variants.
Variant A with 50 turntables (approx. 30,0 m x 5,0 m) and Variant B with 32 turntables (approx. 24,0 m x 5,0 m). The line combines high glazing quality, efficient glaze recovery and low maintenance costs in a proven, robust system.
A dedicated station for inspection and manual correction of products after glazing and before firing.
The retouching cabin plays a critical role in final appearance control, helping reduce defects, improve overall surface quality, and ensure products meet defined quality standards prior to entering the firing process.
The Foot Wiping Machine is designed for the efficient cleaning and finishing of the foot area of sanitary ware products after casting and prior to drying or glazing. Gentle, continuous processing that protects delicate green bodies; compact and easy to integrate into existing lines.
Syphon Glazing is a automated controlled glaze application method used to achieve uniform internal and external glaze coverage, hidden trap surfaces of ceramic WCs.

Porous resin moulds for High Pressure Casting provide a highly efficient solution for modern ceramic production. Compared to conventional slip casting, this technology enables significantly higher output, longer mould life and lower production costs.
