Freshly cast one-piece WCs on the conveyor bench
The casting system consists of two modular casting benches with movable mould cars and adjustable tilting positions. An integrated drying system supports plaster mould drying between the casting cycles, allowing multiple production cycles per day.
A hydro-pneumatic demoulding device moves along the casting line and supports fast and efficient product removal. The green pieces are then placed on a movable conveyor bench for inspection and further processing. An additional lifting system supports the drying of individual mould parts and helps improve the overall production flow.
