Solid-cast water tanks after demoulding
System Design
The casting line consists of two robust modular bench structures supporting the plaster moulds. Each mould is individually fixed to the bench, while adjustable fixing devices allow precise positioning of the mould covers and cores. The bench structure integrates the airbag system as well as the systems required for mould draining and greenware hardening. Galvanized components provide additional protection against corrosion.
Integrated Mould Drying
An integrated dryer supplies controlled air through channels underneath the moulds. Adjustable airflow ensures uniform drying and enables two casting cycles per day, increasing productivity while maintaining consistent mould conditions.
Greenware Handling
After demoulding, the cast pieces are transferred to a motor-driven conveyor deposit bench. The conveyor moves forwards and backwards and provides an accessible working area for inspection and further handling of the greenware.
