Freshly cast WC bodies on the casting bench
The ANKA888 is a fully automated high-pressure casting system designed for the efficient production of advanced WC designs, including products with complex water rim geometries and Tornado flushing systems. With a maximum of 6 stations, 3 products are produced at the same time.
The system enables automated casting, demoulding, handling and product transfer throughout the complete production process. No manual production steps are required, ensuring consistent process control, reduced operator dependency and highly repeatable production conditions.
The ANKA888 is particularly suitable for WC designs requiring precise formation of the water rim and flushing channels, providing increased flexibility for modern rim and Tornado flush concepts.
Under common production conditions, the system can achieve a gross production capacity of up to 4,493 WC products per month. The complete ANKA888 production system can be installed within a compact production area of maximum 14 × 14 m, depending on the selected layout and peripheral equipment.
