HPC ANKA 777 machine — central robotic handling in production
The ANKA777 production process with integrated high-pressure casting stations, central robotic product handling, conveyor transfer, shelf system, retouching station, logistic robot, trolley interface and integrated production platform (3D render).
The ANKA777 is a compact and highly automated high-pressure casting system for the efficient production of sanitaryware. Each casting station is designed to produce one complete WC product per cycle. A centrally controlled robotic system handles demoulding and product transfer between the casting stations, shelf system, retouching station, trolley interface and conveyor. This integrated production concept reduces manual handling, supports consistent process control and enables efficient use of the available production area.
The system configuration can be adapted according to the required production capacity, product design, mould configuration, slip properties and validated casting cycle. Under common production conditions, a 7-station configuration can achieve a gross production capacity of up to 10,483 WC products per month. The complete ANKA777 production system can be installed within a compact production area of maximum 14 × 14 m, depending on the selected layout and peripheral equipment.
Up to 5 porous resin mould parts can be used
